Exclamation How to get Excel to work

I need to view an Excel file but I do not have Excel. I acquired the program, let's just say and now it's saying that The Operating system is not currently configured to run this program How do I get around this?

I'm running Windows XP Home Ed.

well I just use a program called exel viewer (I think) which allows u to open exel files without the program. So that is one way to get it working.

I have no idea how to get exel working, but atleast with exel viewer u can look at the file.

if its a edition it wont work becuase they are set not to work becuase people abuse them like it looks like you just have.
