I do not know about editing the pictures, but to edit text highlight the text, then copy and paste into Microsoft Word. Edit in word.

It won't save the formatting that the PDF has. It would be best just to get the trial from the Adobe website for Adobe Acrobat. I believe that lasts for a month. The program is about $200, but is worth it if you are always going to be editing PDF files.

I tried pdftoword.com and waited for a long time, got nothing yet. And try another desktop PDF to Word converter called AnyBizSoft, works like a charm. Got the licensed keycode for free on their facebook fan page.
