Default How do you delete a right click menu item in W7

Well thanks to my curiosity over ruling my better judgment, I downloaded a program wherewolf? has suggested to another member. It's a serious crap program that's bad enough the programmers should have their cajones cut off. ( Can you tell I'm really upset? )

Anyway after getting Revo uninstaller to remove the Norton like bloatware, I'm stuck with a menu item in the windows explorer right click menu. I've tried several editor programs but can't find a directly named item.
My WAG is it's an alpha numeric string and has hidden itself among other reg entries.

Any ideas?
