Default How do I know that after hdd partitioning no data was removed or modified?

How do I know that after hdd partitioning no data was removed or modified? If size of data before and after partitioning is the
same, can I be 100% sure that data was not modified?

Short of opening every file manually, I don't know if it's possible to be 100% sure. There is always a chance that things will be currupted. Typically though, running check disk right after partitioning can fix issues related to the new linking of the files to the master file table.
