Thanks everyone for your help, I was able to download the file R66639.EXE on my desktop and transfer to my friends laptop via a cd where I was able to get online and download the rest of the drivers for her.

DellDriverDownloadManager.application is a download manager from dell so you can download multiple drivers, what you want to do is click on the second option where it lets you download straight from your browser and you can save the R66639.EXE
