I'm using a Vista machine and System preparation tool 3.14 starts up after logon... I am completely unsure what's triggering it. Not many programs are set to run on startup, and sysprep is not listed in services.msc nor msconfig. I tried to change the name of of sysprep.exe but that just left me with an error on startup saying that windows cannot be installed, etc. I just want to get rid of sysprep without reinstalling Vista! I was thinking of playing with some of the sysprep registry keys, but I didn't want to risk it. Thanks for the help!
