Default how to block installation of firefox,chrome for users

We have workgroup environment in our college. I have removed admin rights for all users but still they can install firefox,chrome. what may be the reason and how to disable this?

I take it your running a Windows OS probably Windows 7, and with Windows even if you set everyone on limited control they can still download their perfered browser and pictures i think, you might try setting parental controls that might work but if they are real good on a computer they can get around it.

How about pre-install chrome and firefox too, set up the same features as IE

Jobs a good un, if you can't beat em, join em.
