Default Home DVD burning...

How do i burn a home made dvd thats already on a cd and burn it onto a dvd-r and be able to play the newly burnt one on a dvd player because i cant just save the file with Windows media player and send it to a dvd-r so please recommend a software that take one homemade dvd's files and and copy and transfer to another dvd-r and watch its on the dvd player.

Thanks, DoubleAA

i think you would have to rip the video off of the cd, convert it to dvd format which is like jpeg2, then burn it onto a dvd with some dvd burning software like nero...nero may be able to do what you want,...i think they have a free 30 day trial you can try out and see if that would work for you.
