Default help with registry cleaning

My uncle tells me that for being so lowly informed on pcs as I am, he told me to look up some registry cleaning services. Any suggestions?

I have'nt used a registry cleaner for about 12 years now with no ill effects. But if I was to use one it would be ccleaner.

Unless you install then uninstall software a lot you only need to do a reg clean once in a blue moon.
However...
Get the tool box and have a run through it. PC Cleanup Toolbox
