Default Help meee!

I know I sound dumb asking this, but can anyone help me install Puppy Linux have an old Intel Celeron machine with 797 mHz and 192 MB of RAM. And about 13 GB left on the hard drive. I am a huge Windows geek and I want to try Linux for the first time. I want to put Puppy Linux on my old PC. I think I know how, I just need the right files. Does anyone have a link to the ISO for Puppy?
