how do I change the desktop in lubuntu? I want to make it black...
I downloaded Lighthouse puppy linux...I gotta say I like this one, probably because its simple to use, everything is easy to access its all right there. Its just over 200 mb in size. I dont know the difference between what one distro has to offer over another or how to compare them, I just dont know enough about this whole world of OS's outisde the windows bubble...its so vast and infinite.
I would like to experiment with a media center type distro and see what kind of online entertainment i can source and if its worthhile, I do stream a LOT of movies..It would be nice to see what kind of television programming i can find. There seems to be a lot of crap software out there for this sort of thing tho.
