Help installing Foxit

Hi Guys, Can you give me little help please.
I am trying to install Foxit PDF Reader. The download from Foxit is ok, but when I try to install it I get The following message
'Internal Error: Failed to expand shell folder constant 'userappdata'. '

Can someone please tell me what I need do from here. Sorry if this is a bit basic to you guys, but I will appreciate the help.

Not sure if i can answer this but if you were to give us some info as to what OS you are using, someone here can assist you better.

Thanks mr mixx. I'm using Windows 7, on a small Acer AX 3300.

Try this.

Click on “Start-Run, type “regedit” (without the quotes)
Navigate to this registry path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Current Version --> Explorer --> User Shell Folders
Clear the key: Recent (right mouse click on the key/folder, choose “Delete”)
Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer.

That's a fair call as anything can go disastrously wrong in there and if you don't backup then you could be in some trouble :\
