Help with home network please

I have windows 7. I have a home network setup. When I click to see full setup it says my modem is a switch to my sisters modem across town? How do i fix this I pay for internet and Idk what to do.

Hi,

Do you and here share the internet connection? If so your ISP might have set it up so that it shows that you both have one connection.
