This is typically due to a bad driver. Can you boot into any mode at all? Safe or normal?

i can boot into normal mode just fine. i usually never see the crash, it usually happens when i close the laptop. i go and open it back up and it asks if i want to boot into safe mode or normal.

Do me a favor and e-mail the first file under the "Files that can help describe the problem"

My email is nathandg2002@hotmail.com

This will help me narrow down which file is causing the problem.

Try copying the file to your desktop, then e-mail it.

Looks like the origin of the blue screen is pci.sys. The problem is we don't know which PCI driver is causing the problem. I would recommend a driver update on any card that runs on PCI inside of your computer. That would include graphics chips and wifi cards as this is a laptop.
