Default Help with adobe flash player

Sorry. I didn't know of this was the right forum or not.

Anyway I have a problem with this computer not getting flash through itself...

Anyway I just got it hooked it hooked up to the internet. Now it tells me I need to download the latest version of flash for the flash internet sites to work. Now I install it but still it doesn't work. Could someone please help me, and the computer out quickely on this issue.
