And are you peoples entirely sure its just putting in the Ubuntu CD, and using their GRUB thing? Because I read a couple of tutorials about dual-booting ubuntu and vista, and they were a ton more complicated than that.

It is that easy, when you install the GRUB, it will recognize that Windows is there and make the GRUB for you.
