Hi, guys. The people at best buy suggested that I use the Dell Controlpoint Security Manager for pre-boot security. That sounded really good until I wiped out my flash drive that had all of my passwords to everything. I can't remember the password to save my life. I tried top enter the boot selection option by pressing f12 but, no luck. Is there any known way of getting around this pre-boot security? Its out of warranty and I really don't want to pay Dell or some other little shop an arm and a leg. Thanks
