Default graphic card failure ?

hello im really having a problem when i go to play any game thats has sorta high textures or explosions such as
garrys mod,need for speed hot pursuit
my computer lags and sometimes freezes i'm running windows 7 ultimate with amd 8120 8 core processor and a gtx 560 graphics card which should be able too play a lot of games with no problems i changed game settings and same issue i'm not sure if it's my graphics card or my computer maybe being full of junk files and slowing it down below are pics of the recent benchmark i did on my graphics card please help, if possible thanx

Run through these first. tool box

Then check the pc connections, clean the inside of your case with compressed air etc.

uninstall drivers for gpu and reinstall.

What OS are you running?
Do you have the latest version of DirectX?
Do you have the latest version of the vid card driver software?
What settings are you using in the vid card driver for the games?

Everything is up to date im running windows 7 iltimate with amd 8120 8 core cpu a gtx 560 2gb gpu

degrade your graphic card, i had it whit mine too.
it didn't stopped whit failing, my game stopped every 5 minutes.
so go to the nvidia website and search for your cpu and then the prevorious update.

If your running high end games I'd suggest getting a better GPU that will be able to handle them..

His card should be more than capable of handling the games he mentioned.

Could it possibly be my computer making the gpu card lag like it does
