I have GOM Player and have the Playback Preferance setup so wen I hit the Right key or Left key on the keyboard the video will go 1. sec at a time.
Video I play I meen soory say avi or mpeg.
But it still seems to move a little to mutch.
What I meen is these videos are ntsc 30 fps so it moves 1. fame a sec so I think this is why it make look like it is moving more frams to me.
Because 1 sec has 30 frames in it.
Is there a way to move frame by frame????????
