So i want to make ghost app if there is anyway to do it so please tell

What do you mean by a ghost app?

If you mean close an app that is currently stored in memory, double tap the home button while at the home screen, then long press one of the running apps until the red X appears. Then simply click the X.

If you mean by pushing out apps there is this Mobile Device Management, Application Management & Expense Management from the Cloud | MaaS360 by Fiberlink but you need to pay for it but there is a free 30 day trial.
