Default Function Lock

Hey guys,

I've just started experiencing something weird on my laptop.
it's a Samsung NP550P5C.

Over the last couple of days mu function button appears to be completely locked on. Like my F5 button doesn't refresh pages anymore if I just press it, it locks my mouse pad.

In fact I can't use F5 to refresh pages even while pressing the Fn key.
If I press Fn + F5 it locks my mouse (or unlocks it. . . ) if I press just F5 it locks my mouse (or unlocks it. . . ).

Any ideas?
