I just bought a Free agent 500gb portble drive ffom Best Buy and created a backup last night only to find out that all of my itunes jpgs and some other files did not backup because the Seagate software don't backup hidden files or system files. (Don't ask me why iTunes have the jpgs hidden.)
So I searched their forum and was told to use Freebyte or Comodo backup.
Has anyone use these softwares and do they copy everything?
Or do you have a better suggestion? I'm not familar with image backup so I prefer individual files.
I'm backing up a MacBook Pro that I use Windows on. I'll be backing up aprox 100gb of music files that are in iTunes with albums covers and data. I'll also be backing up all my word and excel files and over 8gb of photos. Total back up aprox 170gbs.
I want to be able to back up my ENTIRE pc and then have it only update files that I've added or changed.
