does anyone have any experience with PCTools AV?

ive heard that AVG slows your system so thats why i never really used it.

AVG does not slow the system. It is a great little program. I use to use it, though I don't run any AV software now.

I like Avira! http://www.free-av.com/

In my opinion and experience it has a much better detection rate than AVG Free.
