FL Studio not playing full sound

On FL Studio, it will not play the full sound. It will only play 3/4 second of the sound. Not much to say, I have FL 10.

EDIT: It will only play the full sound if it is on the Piano roll or step sequencer, and also have FL 9.

have you set the sound options to use primary sound drivers?

I am using a Realtek surround sound card, and I have set it (it was primarily set to) to be the primary sound driver.

Which processor are you using because A Dual Core is not a top processor for FLStudio 10.

I am using 4GB RAM, CD/DVD±RW drive and Intel Pentium Dual Core Inside™, clocked at 2 GHz.
