Default Far cry 2 problem with new video card

I just bought a xfx 6670 card and now when I go to play far cry 2 the screen is cropped. It is still using the full screen but some of the picture is pushed off the edge.

I hope I explained this well enough. I tried changing resolutions all the way from 640 x480 up to 1680x1050 and it all is the same. In game I can't even change the resolution as the accept button goes off the bottom of the screen so I tried benchmark and it resulted in the same problem.

I used to have the same issue with that game. I was able to fix it by telling the game to not use full screen (windowed mode) then go back to full screen.
