Hi, I have never bothered viewing the event viewer logs until recently. Looking under the remote assistance operation file i found some recent entries that surprised me. I have since turned remote assistance off (why is it on as default??) but to my knowledge have not asked for remote help at all ever and was wondering if some programs use this feature for instance for windows online help popup tables or something, or if it is just for someone to be able to access my computer from another one. If so i am now worried the computer was hacked.
