Hi all
Yesterday I just put off my computer and when I tried to switch it on today it showed the ASUS logo. And then there was a black screen and it said "Error loading operating system". I read on some other forums that i should reinstall xp but if I try to install xp with the cd, the dvd drive doesn't open. I have even tried inserting a needle inside the small hole in the dvd drive but it doesnt open. I am not so good at computer so please explain anything step by step. Thanks in advance
