Now you see why i don't recommend MSN.
It trys to strangle you.Get rid of it.There are other ways to do what it messes you up with.
Is Mr. BG as honest as you think ? He probably has more spyware gimmicks than anyone.

for me, if explorer ends either by way of crashing, or if I terminate it at the task manager. everything stays how it is...

all my programs come back to life exactly as they were. I don't loose any work from open document. if I'm listening to music all I get is a slight skip before it carries on... The onl way to accomplish what you what to do (as I understand) is to either lock the computer and change the password so that your sister cannot use the computer. unplug the keyboard/mouse, or get one of those physical keyboard lock things like they use to have on computers where the turn of a key stops the keyboard from working.
