Does anyone know what the new verson of DVD Decripter is now??

if you mean DVD Decrypter, the last verson is 3.5.4.0
it has been discontinued and replaced with ImgBurn http://www.imgburn.com/

Is Image Burn free to use and Download?

And does it Decript DVDs and VOB files??

yes its free to download

ive never used it but their website says, ImgBurn can create image files from unencrypted CDs/DVDs. It cannot, however, remove CSS encryption or any other copy protection.

it does not have the ability to circumvent copy protections of encrypted DVDs

What does this meen it was on the ImageBurn web site you gave me?

These files need to be extracted to a 'Languages' folder wherever ImgBurn is installed. (i.e. C:\Program Files\ImgBurn\Languages)

Don't I just download ImageBurn I did not know I have to get other files to??

Please help

those are just if you want it in a diffrent language (other than English)
