It means there are two PC's on whatever network you are connected to with the same computer name.
To see the computer name, right Click on "My Computer", go to Properties. Now go to the "Computer name" tab. Look at the "Full Computer Name". Somewhere on your network is another machine with that same name...One of them needs to be changed.
