I use Privacy Eraser and after deleting the files I use the wipe drive process to scramble the free space on the drive.

Nothing can be recovered at all after that. Just one pass is enough to do that.

Also bear in mind that, as I have said, nothing will wipe any hard drive forensically clean except for a drill with a big bit or a hammer and big nail. Even I could get something off a "wiped" drive and I don't have any forensic software.
