?? Ctrl Alt Dlt is dim ?? PLEASE Help

Please have a look at the attached screen shot. I am not too sure why where

you can click " Require Users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete " is dim !

Why is that?

I am trying to set the Login screen, to get the Ctrl Alt Del box.

I did not attach anything as I can not.

I'm not understanding, do you want to bypass the Ctrl-Alt-Del to begin screen?

You can upload the screen to imageshack then put the picture in your post.

No I would like to use it. Like Win XP when you get the Ctrl Alt Del square screen, put the name password, then you are in.

now with vista, I get the ctrl alt del screen, then I get the sign in with name and pass and image on top.

The link shows what I mentioned before, it is dim !
