Default copy/deploy OS

I am looking for software to ease a deployment of windows computers. I am looking to set-up one computer, copy this setup and deploy it to some other computers.

I have looked at Norton Ghost and think this should work but was wondering if anyone knew of other good software to do this.

i have a program called "image for windows". seems. isnt the quickest program but am sure all are the same. isnt that bad if just backing up a few gigs of stuff. just google for a program. dont think theres any other way as you cannot copy the system files as they are in use

If you have another PC you can try to put a drive and with windows set as slave and a formatted drive in and set as secondary slave or something (does this work, I hven't tried it yet, but i thought it might) and boot from another drive that was already in the PC.
