Compressing with Fraps

Hey everyone just downloaded Fraps and I need some help.

I was doing a video test in CS:S and it came out to be about 2 minutes. It was close to 4gb!

Any ideas to get this to be smaller w/o giving up any quality?

Well, you need to re-encode it with something like Windows Movie maker.

If you're 1337 you'll use ffmpeg

Well could you send me a link to a video or something on za instructions on how to do this process.

Also, I tried to just right click it (in winrar) and compress.

When I did this, only visualizer popped up to show the audio.
