Default Combining 2 unallocated partition?

I had 2 partitions on my HDD, and I want to make a third. Instead of getting all from one partition, I want to get it from both. However, I ended up with this...

Is there anyway to combine those 2 unallocated partitions to be 1? Making it into an third 14GB HDD partition.
Thank You.

Look into Parted Magic. Works great...

Create new partition, then choose extend.
