I have Media Player Clasic Houme 1.2.1008.0

Is this the newest

You really need to start using Google - I certainly didn't know the answer to this off the top of my head, I'm guessing most people here wouldn't either.

However, a search and less than a minute later I stumbled upon this page which clearly states that no - it's not the newest version.

I've been kind this time and found the info for you, next time I may just tell you to search yourself...!

Go and install the K-Lite Mega Codec. I think it is the easiest way for to keep everything up dated.
