Default changing password for linux

can anybody help me?i bought a processor secondhand with linux installed and i dont have the passwords for any of the login session types.how can i login without a password or obtain a password ?

First, you should contact who you purchased the computer from- they may have the password. Really, I would suggest installing a version of Linux you like on it, fresh and new.
