We have changed the desktop picture for another but is there anyway to change the startup picture that always comes first advertising Toshiba.

It is the log on screen and what happens is when I switch the laptop on it goes to this 'Toshiba' screen with welcome in the middle then it goes to the picture I put on. Then when I switch off up comes the 'Toshiba' screen again.

If it's an OEM, you might be able to disable it in the BIOS, other than that i dont know.

You have to run this program as admin though in order to successfully change the welcome screen.
