OP OP E elakenn628 Solid State Member Messages 15 Mar 2, 2011 #3 It is the log on screen and what happens is when I switch the laptop on it goes to this 'Toshiba' screen with welcome in the middle then it goes to the picture I put on. Then when I switch off up comes the 'Toshiba' screen again.
