If you are worried about malwares, etc., find an open source BAT to EXE converter, so that you can examine and compile the codes.

But I think at this point most people will agree that double-clicking on the file (and leaving the cosmetics of a batch file as is) is a simpler solution.

This batch file has a problem :/ when i move the mp3 to the other directory the mp3 icon now has a lock on it and when i try to play it, it doesnt work...

This batch file does not have a problem. The lock icon is there because you do not have permission to play it. If you are the admin, change the permissions.

Right click > Properties > Security, and then provide permissions to everyone.

Go into security like dale said.

Click 'Edit'

Then, going through every user, click the box 'full control,' to allow it.

Apply settings

Have you given yourself permission at folder level?

Lock sign on icon is almost always permission related. Only exception is if the icon itself is supposed to look like a lock, which is not the case here. So ... give yourself appropriate permissions, and this will be fixed.
