Just to let everyone know im a newb when it comes to Linux. Ok anyways I was wondering about cedega. I heard that it can run many Direct X games. So I went to go download it from a bittorent site, well the file is like 30 mb. The file name said it was for all distros. How do I get this working?

Apparantly, you hsve to install it via coommand prompt...but that, I even don't know how...everytime I did what Flash player 8 told me to do, it would never work

depends on what kind of file it is... if it's a bin file or .sh you run it through the command prompt by logging in as root and then typing this command while in the directory of the file

sh ./(name of file.sh)

of course, I can give you better instructions once you are running linux
