well it depends on the OS your using but i will give you some links :

link one or this one, those are just a couple of links you could try.

you can use the OS disk that you used to install your OS i am guessing you have WINXP if yes use the XP disk.

thanks for the replys but i dont know how to do it with my os disk i have xp bytheway

all you do is go into your BIOS change the first boot to CD/DVD then save the setting put the XP disk into your drive and restart when the startup displays boot from CD hit enter and it should book.
