Default CD help

I have some CDs I wanted to Ripp to my Hard Drive so I tryed
CDex
Audio Graber
CDjet

They all do not work for me they install and then say a file they need could not be found. Does anyone know of any good Free program??

Windows Media Player will rip CD's to your Hard drive just fine.

Edit: What file do they tell you you're missing, you can sometimes download these files from a simple Google search and add them to C:\Windows\System32

Well I know I could use windows media player but I would like to have another program for this.

I would like to rip the CDs to WAV because I will be useing the sounds in something els I am doing.

These CDs are not music they are Sound FX

I have Audacity can I some how use it?
