cd dvd lables help

I have CD DVD Lables from Neato

Now I can go to thee web site for the templeates for the Lables But they are in PSD Format I think.

I have Corel photo paint and Coreldraw.

I don't want to have to buy MS Office or Photoshop just to print on these Lables.

How can I use these templeates???
