I would like to run Fedora COre 5 on my computer, but it required 196 mb or RAM to run in Graphical mode. I only have 96 mb. Can I still run it?

What about Ubuntu, which requires 128?

Or do I need more RAM?

if i were you i would get more ram 1st, even xp need to run on a minimum of 256mb. believe me, more ram will make a big difference in the speed of the computer.

you could try it, but your performance may be a little slow, but i doubt you'll see to much of a difference.

You really need more RAM. I tried with Mandrake on mine and it whined I needed 128MB RAM, yadah yadah yadah. It's recommended for you to buy a 256MB stick.

More RAM is the best bet. You don't want to be choosing an Operating System based on your RAM, you want to be able to choose any Operating System.
