Can I have one program use one speakers and another use HDMI?

So I have my computer with one screen on my desktop (using VGA) and another for my TV (using HDMI) and I want to play a game on my TV and have videos playing on my desktop, while assigning the audio form the game to the TV and the audio from another source (in this case chrome, but I also want to use other programs) to the desktop speakers. Is that possible? Any help would be nice.

No you can't. You can select only ONE set of speakers, which would be in your case either the speakers either the HDMI, but what you can do, is manually switch from speakers to your TV by selecting ''sound'' in the control panel and set as default the one you want to hear the sound from.
