Default Boot Manager

Hi, I have a serious problem with my laptop that I hope you guys may be able to help me with. I can not get windows to start, I just get the windows boot manager screen.
I have tried system repair from the disc but after it repaired it just started up straight to boot manager screen. I did a full system check through the diagnostics (it brought up error codes 0148 and 2000-0148 ?)
I can't even restore factory settings as that option is not on the list of system recovery options and last known good configuration does'nt work.
I would be really greatful for any help. Many thanks in advance

I'm not really good at giving help just from reading this, I'm more of a person that would have to see it. My first impression is that you have something like " Boot from CD" first, Instead of "Boot from Hard drive"
