I understand what the Operating system part in boot.ini file meens.
But I do not understand what the Boot loader part meens.

Please tell me eatch lin in your own words thanks

partition{1}\windows

it defines, (in this order)
the disk bus
the disk LUN on the storage device.
the device ID on the bus
the partition number to look for on the disk
and the windows folder

so it could be
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\windows
or perhaps
scsi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\winnt
