Bios problem

Hello guys,i`ve updated my bios from the official motherboard webpage.Then i`ve reset to defaults all option in bios(bad choice),and now i have a black screen until windows starts.Windows is running normaly.I`ve tried to enter bios again but can`t see anyting,black screen again.what should i do? thankyou.

Try rebooting your BIOS (take the little round battery out of your motherboard for say 5mins then put it back ... then try your PC
