Default Beware of WINDOWS XP

I have had to format and re-install Windows XP multiple times. This time however, when I come to 'Activate Windows' I am told that this version has already been activated. WHF? I am a full paying customer that can't install my version of WINDOWS. I have now installed Linux and I am very impressed!!
BEWARE PEOPLE.

I get:

a problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for this computer

Sorry, but there is nothing wrong with windos XP. I have been using it since it was released, and have had no problems. It is the fastest most stable version I have used.

Did you take the time to check and see if your software/drivers need updating? Is your hardware compatible? Do you know what you are doing?

As I said, Never a problem, the only blue screen I've seen was when my motherboard was dying.

$hittty David
I'll stick with 98.
XP is great for... um, no comment.
Why do people think the latest release is always the best?
