Default Better looking boot loader?

I want my boot loader (using GRUB2 atm) to look a little better. Are GRUB themes out and how to I install them? I have the StartUp-Manager, but it doesn't have the appearance tab! Or is there a different free boot loader that looks nice by default?

Hi,

This is the best thing that I can find so far, but it is late and I am tired, so I will look for something better tomarrow if you don't like this one.
